We had the crawfish and pepper Jack cheese dip appetizer. It would have been enough for four people to enjoy. More than enough for two. My lovely date enjoyed the grilled chicken. Was tender and flavorful. I had grilled catfish and it was also very good to eat. We both had steamed broccoli which was delightfully crisp. She had a side salad and I also had a loaded baked potato. Her dinner was more than she could eat. She really liked it. I have seen her push a plate aside when she disliked it. Not here, of course. In contrast, I tend toward the gourmand. And the quantity pleased me. Our server, Spencer, was helpful and pleasant. The hostess was kind enough to bring my wallet which I left in the waiting area. We were waiting just a scant few minutes in a very busy time for the restaurant. Thank you to the staff besides those who helped us this evening. I enjoyed it. 😊
